Why we collect your information (Collection Notice)

We collect personal information such as your name, contact details, gift card number, gift card PIN and payment card details when you visit one of our websites or otherwise engage with Woolworths, for instance when you contact our call centres. We also collect information about the devices that you use to purchase Woolworths Gift Cards. This can include the IP address, device ID and other hardware related information.

First and foremost, we collect the personal information needed to sell and send you Woolworths Gift Cards, and provide you with any support you may need to use them. Without the necessary information, we may not be able to do so.
