    AirlineGift offers travel brands such as Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, United Airlines, British Airways, Qantas, Air France, KLM, Air Canada, Emirates, Etihad, Ethiopian Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Singapore Airlines and hundreds of other trusted travel partners.   

    How and where to redeem

    Redemption Instructions. Please read the information below for instructions on how to redeem your eGift card.
    Redeem (use) Online only at: https://airlinegift.com

    1. Register for an Account then click on Book Trip | Redeem
    2. Search, Book or purchase based on your product needs.
    3. Once you have selected your chosen options, enter the details of the person or all persons involved in the booking or product transaction.
    4. Proceed to the check-out page and copy and paste your eGift card code into the Redeem eGift card code box and click submit, proceed to agree to the T&Cs and click Order now to complete your booking & transaction, you will shortly receive a confirmation via email.
    5. A maximum of 2 eGift card codes are permitted per transaction, if your basket value exceeds the value of the eGift cards you may pay the difference by using Visa, MasterCard or American Express.
    6. eGift cards have a 12-month expiration, except for North American residents. Ireland and Romania: 60 months. Australia and Germany: 36 months. Expiration times may vary based on local State and Country laws and required residual refund value for each State & Country, for full terms and conditions including currency and country of residence redemption requirements, please visit our website.
    7. All website content, customer service, tickets and eVouchers will be in English language. eGift cards & eVouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded.

    Terms and conditions

    1. eGift cards must be used as a form of payment towards a new reservation made directly with the AirlineGift website. 
    2. eGift cards are valid only in AUD for all products that we have available.
    3. eGift cards can only be applied to a new individual reservation made in AUD by Australia domiciled residents.
    4. eGift cards may be applied to a group reservation where available.
    5. eGift cards may not be used towards property credit or to settle any additional unspecified hotel, cruise, airline or car rental charges or deposits.
    6. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
    7. eGift cards may be used in multiples of two (2) for each transaction any outstanding balance can be paid using Visa, MasterCard and AmEx.
    8. All reservations are subject to availability.
    9. Once a reservation has been made with an eGift card, normal cancellation policy and cancellation payments shall apply, subject to the terms and conditions of your booking.
    10. Changes to reservations may not be permitted.
    11. All eGift cards are non-refundable and not replaceable whether lost, stolen or if booking is cancelled.
    12. eGift cards shall be void where prohibited, if used for fraudulent or illegal purposes or restricted by law and if sold for cash or other consideration.
    13. Each eGift card has a 36 months expiry date, subject to any applicable Country and local State law and any required residual refund value in certain Countries and States.
