    About Your Pick Gift Card

    The 'Your Pick' Gift Card is the perfect gift for anyone who loves convenience, flexibility and choice.
    Your recipient can exchange their 'Your Pick' Gift Card for up to five Gift Cards at a time from over 40 brands. No matter the occasion, gift a 'Your Pick' Gift Card and your recipient is sure to find something they love.

    How and where to redeem

    1.When you purchase the 'Your Pick' Gift Card or receive it as a gift, you'll get an email or SMS with an unique link to access the Gift Card
    2.When you open the ‘Your Pick’ Gift Card, you'll see the list of participating retailers' cards that you can redeem the 'Your Pick' Gift Card for. You'll also see the available balance on your card, as well as a button or a link to redeem the 'Your Pick’ Gift Card
    3.When you click on the button or link, you'll be taken to the 'Your Pick' Gift Card portal. Here, you can choose the participating retailer's digital gift card(s) you want to redeem for, and the amount you want to load onto each card
    4.Once you've made your selections, the participating retailer's digital gift card(s) will be delivered to you electronically via email or SMS

    Terms and conditions

    1. By purchasing or using a ‘Your Pick’ Gift Card you agree to the full ‘Your Pick’ Gift Card terms and conditions available at T&Cs page .
    2. A Your Pick Gift Card can only be Redeemed for Digital Gift Cards issued by Participating Retailers. A list of Participating Retailers is available at Your Pick Gift Card and may change from time to time.
    3. A minimum of $25 and a maximum of $500 can be loaded on a Your Pick Gift Card.
    4. Participating Retailers offer different Digital Gift Card options - some may only support specific pre-set amounts, while others may allow you to set any value. As your Card Balance reduces, your accessible range of Redeemable Digital Gift Cards may also reduce. You can only Redeem for up to 5 Digital Gift Cards per Redemption Order.
    5. There are no Digital Gift Cards below $1. If your Card Balance reduces below $1, you forfeit those funds. You cannot reload a Your Pick Gift Card.
    6. Once you Redeem a Your Pick Gift Card for a Digital Gift Card, the Participating Retailer’s terms and conditions apply to that Digital Gift Card.
    7. We will not replace lost, stolen or deleted Your Pick Gift Cards or Digital Gift Cards.
    8. Subject to law, we are not liable for any loss or damage associated with a Your Pick Gift Card or Digital Gift Card.
